This entry-to-advanced level class focuses on learning air awareness basics in trampoline and double mini.  It also focuses on basic tumbling skills and body positioning.  Through conditioning, time on the trampoline, double-mini, and tumble track, children will learn strength, coordination, agility, and flexibility.

This 3-hour practice will allow your child to work alongside our competitive athletes. This intense training will help your child improve their flexibility, strength, motor skills, and aerial awareness. Practicing with our pre-team will allow your child to have an exclusive experience at CAVU.

Pricing is $60 per practice.

If you would like to enroll in our monthly program, pricing begins at $390 a month.
