* A non-refundable deposit (price varies depending on the package) is due upon booking.

* The outstanding balance is due by 5 pm Friday prior to the party and is payable via credit card or cash only. We do not accept checks as the final form of payment.

* The party host(s) may arrive no more than 15 minutes before the scheduled party.

* The final number of guests and arrangements will be finalized approximately one week before the party.

• The birthday child and any sibling(s) who participate in the party are included in the party guest number.

* Only the party parent(s)/guardian(s) are allowed to accompany the children onto the gym floor to take pictures/videos.

**Please be aware, when booking a birthday party       

Policies:

– NO Vaping, E-cigarettes, Marijuana, Tobacco or smoking of any kind may take place on or around the premises.

– NO Alcohol on or around the premises.

– NO Piñatas or Confetti.

– Balloons are only allowed in the upstairs area.

– NO adults on the gym floor or equipment unless birthday parents/guardians or parents/guardians of children 3 and under are in attendance.

– ALL parents of children participating in the birthday party MUST sign the birthday party waiver before participation.

– All guests are expected to respectfully leave in a timely fashion at the conclusion of the party so that we are able to prepare for the next scheduled party.

– An additional fee may be charged if the party remains in the facility 15 minutes after the scheduled party end-time.
