How to Book a Birthday Party

Booking your birthday party at CAVU Trampoline & Tumbling is easy! Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Create a Family Profile
    If you do not already have one, please create a family profile through our Parent Portal.
  2. Contact Our Front Desk
    Call or email our front desk to reserve your preferred party date and time. A non-refundable deposit (amount varies by party package) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  3. Submit Final Payment
    The remaining balance is due by 10:00 AM on the Friday prior to your party. Final payment may be made by credit card or cash only. Checks are not accepted for final payment.
  4. Confirm Your Guest Count & Additional Details
    Approximately one week before your party, we will contact you to confirm your final guest count and review any additional party details. Please note that the birthday child and any participating sibling(s) are included in your party’s guest count.
  5. Arrival Time
    The party host(s) may arrive up to 15 minutes before the scheduled party start time to set up.
  6. Photos & Videos
    For the safety of all participants, only the birthday child’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) may accompany the children onto the gym floor to take photos or videos during the party.

Birthday Party Policies

Please review the following policies before booking your birthday party at CAVU Trampoline & Tumbling:

  • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana, tobacco products, or the use of any other smoking devices is strictly prohibited anywhere on or around the premises.
  • No Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on or around the premises.
  • No Piñatas or Confetti: Piñatas and confetti are not allowed inside the facility.
  • Balloons: Balloons are permitted in the upstairs party area only.
  • Gym Floor Access: Adults are not permitted on the gym floor or equipment unless they are the birthday child’s parent/guardian or the parent/guardian of a participating child who is 3 years old or younger.
  • Waivers Required: A signed birthday party waiver is required for every child participating in party activities. Parents or legal guardians must complete the waiver prior to participation.
  • Party End Time: We kindly ask that all guests depart promptly at the conclusion of the scheduled party to allow our staff sufficient time to prepare for the next event.
  • Late Departure Fee: Parties remaining in the facility more than 15 minutes after their scheduled end time may be subject to an additional fee.
  • Guest Count: If your guest count exceeds the number included in your selected party package, an additional party leader may be required ($50), and you will also be charged $25 per additional child. Please contact our front desk for additional information.
